The spirit in motion heals, expands, circles in and out of the body, moving through the layers of consciousness from inertia to ecstasy. Open to the spirit, and you will be transformed.
When you move the body in space you are helping the energy in your physical self to shift and flow. Into new forms and sometimes to let go of energy that has outlived it’s purpose, that may be blocking your perception of the potential that you represent as a human being on the planet at this time.
My partner and I run a monthly dance in our home town of Maleny, it is a sacred and dedicated space for healing and transformational freeform dance. We have a theme which inspires our playlist and offer participants the opportunity to come into that healing space with an intention. Together we each find our own flow and create an ocean of love for us all to swim in.

A big thanks to you and Brendan for facilitating the Ecstatic Dance journey session. I loved it from start to finish – the venue, the flow of the music choice and the professional and sensitive way the space was set up and held. Lovely people and beautiful healing dance – respectful, freeing and fun! Personally I felt some lovely energy shifts. So looking forward to the next one.
To whom it may concern
I have been fortunate to attend a number of Ecstatic Dances created & delivered by Kerry Laizans & Brendan O’Shea. I appreciated their very sincere professional and passionate approach to creating the sacred space and to provide such unique and appropriate music according to the timely themes they had chosen in accordance with various planetary influences.
Personally, much inner healing work took place for me in this terrain and I particularly appreciated the group sharing of our experiences after the dance.
I would highly recommend Kerry & Brendan’s Ecstatic Dances for physical, emotional & spiritual wellbeing.
Kind Regards, Deirdre.
