My Warrior The Wolf.

So balance between the masculine and the feminine, this has come up for me not only with the Full Moon in Aries and the lunar eclipse, but also in my latest holistic counselling session. I am very comfortable with the feminine side of things, not that there isn’t work to be done there as well, but it isn’t anywhere near as challenging for me as being in my masculine. No doubt this has a lot to do with my father’s suicide when I was fifteen, I don’t really totally trust in male energy, particularly my own.

But if you want to make things happen out in the world you need that kind of energy, it’s the masculine in its postive form that provides and protects and creates right action in alignment with the good of all. We need this energy as much as we need the soft, receptive and nurturing feminine, together they provide the perfect balance so that we can come into our wholeness. It’s about being in that balance as individuals and as a society, at the moment we are still very much in the male dominated patriarchy.

In my counselling session I found an ally to help me with my warrior energy, I saw a Red Indian warrior standing tall and upright, he feels very strong and very clear. The sound that came through was like a wolf howling at the moon, another connection to the eclipse and an animal totem to explore, then I also saw an owl and that made me aware of another presence, a shaman. This is a reminder to me that the energy of the warrior also applies to my inner journeying, it isn’t just about what I do out in the world.

The biggest message from my warrior is to be strong and to be myself, don’t over complicate things so much and when a decision has been made then TAKE ACTION! He is also about divine timing so there is the wisdom in knowing when it is the right time to do things, I need to stop dithering but I also need to aim my arrows straight and true at the correct target.

Aho! (Means I have spoken, often said at the end of stating one’s intention for a ceremony).

Down The Rabbit Hole.

This is a very nice place to be, happy in myself and happy to encounter the people who pass my way, knowing that my time is always well spent, having no particular investment in certain outcomes. Open to whatever spirit wants to send my way, manifesting out of the quantum soup, but most of all ENJOYING LIFE! It’s supposed to be fun, that was Abraham on dating but you can apply it to the whole of life, it really, truly is supposed to be a fun experience, so milk it for all that it’s worth! And keep shedding the old skins as you sweep into the new chapters that are opening up at every intersection, I’m trying to do them all, it’s a time of fusion of all things.

If I meet my life joyfully it will send that energy back to me multiplied so don’t forget about devotion and loving what you are doing, also have proper time off! I am feeling the need for a moment out of time from my wonderful community, perhaps I can have a day with the land that speaks to me, certainly I can connect with the Mother, she is close to me at this time. I am being held in the soft and yet strong energy of the protective feminine, it keeps me safe even as I am cradled with the greatest of tenderness, always allowing in that which will bring up the qualities to be lost, and those to be found.

Alice in Wonderland.

Alice in Wonderland.

It is a journey into the rabbit hole indeed, Lewis Carroll would be quite at home in the realms of quantum physics, I sometimes see myself as Alice, believing six impossible things before breakfast! The things one is asked to wrap one’s brain around, the only show in town as far as I am concerned, except of course that nothing actually gets left out, because it’s all one anyway!!

Whoo Hoo……….Bring it on…………shanti, shanti, shanti…………

Be yourself, everybody else is taken! from Oscar Wilde, here is Abraham talking about lining up with with who we truly are, alignment with self, or a merging with another in alignment with our essential selves. Here is Dating, Abraham style! : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_MqDLd34q_E

Gather In Elegance, Have Fun!

Gather in the souls, be sure of your connections, your community, be there for your community in the way that serves both you and the wider picture, in  a way that serves you and all life everywhere. The more we can really connect in a heart centred way, gaze into the soul of another being, without judgement, love ourselves and others just for being ourselves. Life can be quite simple at the core, supply certain basic needs with ease and we have time to explore elegant solutions to the so-called problems of civilisation.

heart-brain

The main problem being that civilisation is a bit of a misnomer, we are extremely primitive in this current culture, indigenous cultures have a lot to teach us about what really counts on our journey on this planet. Being in your heart as much as you can, trusting your intuition, being sustainable in your practices, becoming what you want to create, spiritual alignment, inner peace, having a sense of belonging.

The time for hermitting is over, time to gather in the hearts and the souls with which you resonate and to celebrate, connect and connect, with love and with joy…………………… So don’t sit at home and hide, life is waiting for you to engage, what are you waiting for??????????

We are all longing to go home to some place we have never been – a place half-remembered   and half-envisioned we can only catch glimpses of from time to time. Community.   Somewhere, there are people to whom we can speak with passion without having   the words catch in our throats. Somewhere a circle of hands will open to receive   us, eyes will light up as we enter, voices will celebrate with us whenever   we come into our own power. Community means strength that joins our strength   to do the work that needs to be done. Arms to hold us when we falter. A circle   of healing. A circle of friends. Someplace where we can be free.

Believe It And It Will Be!

I listen to the voices in my head, does that make me mad? What’s more I tend to follow the advice that they give me, they never tell me to do anything that would harm myself or another living creature, in fact I find that what they tell me is usually in alignment with who I am as a spiritual and ethical being in the world. Yet most of those highly respected people who wear white coats and take charge of all the healing, would probably want to drag me away to a padded cell if they knew what goes on inside my mind.

So I don’t tell them, not that having voices in your head is necessarily a healthy phenomenon, but I know that I am sane, probably more sane than many of the people in white coats. I know that to be healthy I need to eat whole foods, reduce as much as possible the amount of stress I am experiencing, let go of thoughts that cause me suffering. I always come back to the fact that it is my perception that governs the kind of world that I create for myself, anything is possible if you believe that it can be true. Pay attention to your mind in the right way, and utopia is not only possible, but inevitable, hence my reliance on the voices in my head, they are a force for good.

Sounds easy doesn’t it, but in practical terms it takes a lot of focus and determination and what I like to call sheer bloody mindedness! We are indoctrinated in the first years of our life and we learn things like, ‘When I get sick I need to go to the doctor’, and so we believe that we are dependant on someone else for our healing. And so it goes, we are encouraged to be dependant rather than responsible for our own health and happiness, on all levels of our being. And most people buy into this story, no wonder there is such a lot of unhappiness in the world!

Bruce Lipton has written books on the subject of our beliefs and evolution and epigenetics, books such as “The Biology of Belief”, and “Spontaneous Evolution”, and is a very inspiring speaker who makes this information very accessible. This interview is 50 minutes long and well worth watching, check it out!

Humour Me Into Ecstasy!

Bursting with life, those energy levels are right back up even as I sink into my misty moon time, feeling the life force surging even as I fall into soft layers of myself. Like the softest velvety petals of a rose, I receive me with all the love and tenderness that my heart can hold, and my heart is boundless, so there is no end to it. The field of love expands and expands, and connects with other fields until we are all joined in that loving tapestry which is the consciously created life, which is living in the ecstatic state that all flesh is heir to.

There is no lack in this place, all needs are met and communication flows so that we may understand each other, at the deepest levels of the soul. Allowing all to be in the place they have chosen to be, even if that choice is to exist in the small cage like shell of the ego. There is no wrong and there is no right, only that which is as it is, the truth is in each moment like the gleam of sunshine on the waves, shifting as we shift, moving in and out as the tides do, bringing us into alignment with who we be.

“O, wonder!
How many goodly creatures are there here!
How beauteous mankind is! O brave new world,
That has such people in’t!”
―    William Shakespeare,    The Tempest

Let’s create this brave new world so that Miranda’s words may become true perception of what we humans can become, the next stage of evolution for these:

” ape-descended life forms” that “are so amazingly primitive that they still think digital watches are a pretty neat idea.”
―    Douglas Adams,    The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy

And above all always remember to see the humour in everything, some of the wisest people on the planet are our comedians, the Dalai Lama always seems to be smiling at something, laughter is the best medicine, don’t take yourself too seriously. Do laughter yoga and smile as often as possible, fill your being with dancing motes of hilarity and you will walk lightly upon this planet and through your life.

Shanti, shanti, shanti, peace, peace, peace……………………..

I’ve put this clip up before but it fits so perfectly and some of you may not have seen it, Bill Hicks with “It’s just a ride”:
