The Honeymoon Is Over As A New Life Begins!

Boy_Girl_LoveThe new chapter begins again, my Beloved and I have moved into a wonderful house sit out in the bush, from spending a lot of time together in just one room, we now have a whole house to roam in! Today was moving day and I must confess to feeling a tad overwhelmed as I organised myself, you might think that strange when I have done so very many house sits and have the process down to a fine art.

But this time is different because it isn’t just me on my own, on  a practical level I wouldn’t be here because being responsible for two horses would be a bit daunting. But it is also a shift in my new relationship, this feels like we have had the honeymoon and we are now settling into a life together, a life full of wonder and joy and intense pleasures. Its exciting and fun and somehow we will integrate being together and still managing to operate in the everyday world even when we are spending so much time together.

Boundaries have been a challenge for me in the past and so this will be an interesting opportunity to balance my desire to melt into complete indulgence, with putting a life structure together. Always remembering that the most important thing is to be happy in my life, as long as the basic needs are taken care of then how much do I really need.

Dinner is almost ready, I hope kind readers you will pardon me as I enjoy my first evening in my new domicile, as my Beloved toils in the kitchen on our behalf. You almost didn’t get a post yet again but for very happy reasons this time!

The Heart Of Man…….Reflects The Universe.

I’m feeling much stronger in myself, staying in my heart and finding that it’s much easier to relax and be myself no matter what comes my way. I seem to be a bit obsessed with the heart, both physical and energetic levels, a natural response I do believe in receiving an email from the HeartFire Gateway every day with different aspects of the heart along the path. And there is a sense of doing it along with all the others who have committed to taking the forty-two day journey. There is a power in mass movements and the internet certainly makes it easier for large groups to focus together, Lyn McTaggart is a great example with her large-scale intention experiments.

To learn more about the power of intention listen to this video of Lynne McTaggart speaking about the large scale-intention experiments that she has been running, she is the author of a number of books, if you have a particular interest in the subject of intention then check out her book, ‘The Intention Experiment’.

Whenever I think about how to bring the power of my intention into the medium I am flowing with, words or sounds, movement or stillness, witnessed…..alone, I come back to the heart. To embed my intention into the sound when I tone I stay in my heart, not actually hard to do when you are doing a joyful thing indeed! Where you will truly feel the benefits of being in the heart is when you respond lovingly in situations where your buttons are being pushed, no matter what is going on. You can be firm with boundaries but remain gentle with yourself when you stay in your heart, if you don’t have time to meditate why not try simply closing your eyes and breathing in and out through your heart.

“In the Heart of Man the whole universe is reflected, and as the whole universe is reflected in it, Man may be called the Heart of the universe.”

Hazrat Inayat Khan

Try two minutes a day of breathing through your heart, you might be surprised at how profound a brief practice can be if you do it for a period of time, we all have two minutes to spare!

Think about the heart of man reflecting the whole universe as you watch this video, let your eyes be gentle, not sharply focused, and receive all the fractals and the juicy frequencies of being in the oneness, connected to all things………enjoy.

From Twilight To Joy!

The twilight world hath beckoned me in from the bright sunlight realms where I am wont to spend my time, it reminds me that wherever there is light, there will also be shadow. You cannot have the one without the other, to deny any part of this design is to deny it all, and so I surrender to my own darkness, even as I set the boundaries firm against incursions from without. For I am sovereign in my own inner space, none may come here save that they be invited.

I am soft and my heart is boundless, I look inside the self that I be and I become lost in the great distances that I find there. It’s like a great cavern that goes on forever, full of treasures, some well-known and others waiting to be discovered. How could I ever be lost or feel small when there is such bounty within? This is perhaps the greatest mystery of human kind, that we should look so intently outside of ourselves, for the fulfillment that lies in quite the opposite direction.

Righteous anger gives me the strength to do the tasks that have been appointed to me, even as compassion keeps me in my heart, there are some kinds of darkness that must be dealt with, so that the integrity of the world may be restored. I do not judge, nor am I the executioner, at the end of the day I hand over to a higher power and then it is no business of mine.

I am weary, but this will pass, and I will rise even stronger for the travails that I have passed through. And always there is joy, beneath all the rest, love and joy and bliss are running always, inviting me to come and play, to dance and sing in the sun’s brightest ray!

Here is a beautiful meditation from the Archangel Michael through Annette Sassou, also known as Asara, it is an activation for the third eye: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqbaMetiFbg

Sometimes you just have to have that bit of naughtiness, winter seems to bring that on for me, the season where I have to watch my weight. It can creep up on you, so better to keep track and get off the sugar or grain wagon and go back to being pure. What is it about the cold that makes me want to eat and eat! Putting on a layer of fat to get through the winter months I suppose but that’s hardly necessary, I am getting a bit trimmer these days but there is still plenty of padding to get me through the cold.

Time of Entertaining rolling into the second half of the journey, what will have happened to our cast list, many new and masculine energies coming in, going out, trusting the process………..  I am so much in my power and to be in partnership it needs be with one who can hold space for that in a life, not just in the classroom. Time to forget about the practice and to just do it, take what you think you know and go off and test it in the experiential realm.

He is straight forward and our communication is honest and transparent, we like each other and don’t play games unless for fun and agreed upon! I am met in my fullness and inspired by his expanded and awakened masculine, even more of the woman I be is drawn out as the energies move between us in the eternal dance of Shiva and Shakti. We dance, we play, we sing, we tone, we have as much fun as we know how to with, as often as possible, healthy ingredients.

This is my time here at the last, the end times………..transformational, inspiring…….loving even those who cannot love themselves, staying in my heart even as I set firm boundaries. Greetings my Beloved, your coming is divinely inspired and I am so grateful for your presence and your love.

an ancient Sanskrit greeting still in everyday use in India and especially on the trail in the Nepal Himalaya. Translated roughly, it means “I bow to the God within you”, or “The Spirit within me salutes the Spirit in you” – a knowing that we are all made from the same One Divine Consciousness.
The more formal greeting Sanskrit Namascar pronounced NAH-mah-scar is also used in India, though less frequently in Nepal.   The Hindi “Jai Bhagwan” is also in common use, and carries the same meaning
