Connecting And Letting Go, In Sacred Space.

let goLetting go is a process of refinement I find, the more sensitive you can be as you tune into what your body, mind and spirit are up to, the more opportunity you have to let go of something else. You may have a sense of what it is or know precisely the meaning of what you are perceiving, or you may have no idea, just a knowing that something is leaving you. It is transformed and so are you as another piece of excess baggage falls away. Often there will be big themes that keep cropping up over and over again, don’t worry, if it’s coming up for you then it is available for release.

having issues

Any big issues that you have will be layered all through your experiences in life, the particular entry into the earth plane that you have taken in this incarnation, family, country, etc……..so don’t be discouraged if the same things keep on coming up. If you persist and persist and never give up on the possibility of healing everything in this lifetime, then it is possible to create fundamental change. At least that’s what it took for me in this lifetime, the strong desire to evolve my inner world, invoke my spiritual task and do what I have come here to do.

I am a communicator with words and sometimes with my body, toning is another medium that can create a sacred space where it is possible to use the sound to come into coherence, when the brain and the heart beat as one! It used to be my favourite way but I must confess that relationship as a spiritual practice is head and shoulders above the rest for me these days. But I will be doing some groups with my Beloved and that feels like the next stage of creating this kind of energy, if people connect with our offerings they may experience great transformation over time. At worst they will have a fun session and end up feeling a bit like little kids, learning should always be fun I reckon, there will definitely have to be some kind of movement/dance element.

Once again I feel excited at the thought of exploring ways of helping other seekers tune in and let go, looking forward to the Equinox very much! http://www.thejoining.com.au/

I Am Everything.

There are times when I manage to cruise even when I have a lot to do, it’s the everything always works out every other time, so why shouldn’t it this time frame of mind that I am referring to here. When you surrender to that flow then somehow it all fits in, and if you’ve made the choice not to stress well even better! I am getting clearer and clearer on the ways in which we are always choosing how to respond to whatever might be going on, and there is always a way that involves letting go to what is, acceptance and trust.

I find myself very grounded in red, the red shoes are ushering in a new strength in the base, full of earth, rich tigers eye for the solar plexus and solid jasper for the heart and the throat. Being fully in that heart space, softly in coherence, gently glowing and softening, dropping down, down………..I am the earth and the earth is me.

I still arrive, in order to laugh and to cry.

to fear and to hope.

The rhythm of my heart is the birth and death

of all that is alive.

I am a mayfly metamorphosing

on the surface of the river.

And I am the bird

that swoops down to swallow the mayfly.

From “Please Call Me By My True Names” by Thich Nhat Hanh.

Dragonfly

I am the wind and I am the sunshine, the moon is a part of me as are the tides that her influence controls, my blood flows through me just as water flows through the rivers and creeks. I am everything, and everything is me…………..

My Guru, My Guru.

I used to think that Gurus were not such a great idea, it seemed to me that in order to have one you had to give away your power, and I was doing that enough without adding to it! I guess it would have been St Germain that would have been my guru but he was temporary in coming through Azena Ramanda, so I moved on to direct communication after that. Not being attached to a particular form, he brings me messages in many different ways. I thought having a guru on earth might be a bit of a drawback, taking the focus away from self, but after hearing stories of their guru, from Krishna Das and Ram Das, I have a different perspective.

They can be a doorway into that deeper dive into the self, into the quantum field of raw potential, a true guru will not take your power. What you choose to give away is your business, enjoy the stepping up into the limelight as you empower yourself with every step. A true guru will assist you in finding coherence, where the heart and the head and everything else is vibrating at just the right frequency, that of love. You can go there in so many ways, keep exploring doorways, it’s the evolution into a spiritual future, enlightenment.

I am my own guru these days, getting clearer and clearer on that one, developing the shamanic pathways for healing, bodywork, psychic/aura readings, sound healing, holistic counselling, writing/teaching. Lots of fun and inspiration to be had, bit more tech savvy would be good, me learning or help, don’t mind which one. But gurus can connect you to the place in yourself where you ARE LOVE, they can inspire and uplift in all sorts of different ways. Ram Dass is a guru no doubt to many, adepts or addicts, need to get stuck and then eventually be free of method, in the end we are all one in the unified field of consciousness that Rupert Sheldrake talks about, he and Bruce Lipton finally met properly and this is the conversation, its long but well worth it!

In India when we meet and part we often say, ‘Namaste’, which means: I honor the place in you where the entire universe resides; I honor the place in you of love, of light, of truth, of peace. I honor the place within you where if you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me, there is only one of us.

~ Ram Dass

Losing Nemo.

There is a lot of talk these days about getting enough of the good oils, in particular omega 3’s, a common source of this fat is of course fish. The only problem with this is that the disregard for sustainability that can be seen in corporations and governments around the world, extends into our oceans as well. If getting enough fish in our diet means that the ocean will be completely fished out by 2048, then a responsible person might just want to find other sources of omega 3’s.

Chia seeds: a rich source of omega 3's.

Once again we have an example of vested interests who only care about making money, destroying our resources without any thought for the future. Since 1950 we have lost 90% of large fish from the sea, boats with HUGE nets trawl the oceans taking everything in their path, throwing away the bits that are of no use to them. It’s a far cry from the habits of indigenous people who generally take only what they need, with respect, leaving enough behind that the resources will continue to be there for future generations.

Western culture claims to operate on rational principles, does what I have described here make any sense to you? It certainly doesn’t to me, how can politicians keep taking money and favours from the lobby groups and still look their children in the eyes, knowing that their actions are changing the world forever, and not for the best of all humankind.

lovefish

The separation of the heart and the head is the source of much of this insanity in my opinion, without the heart’s wisdom the head cannot really truly understand the consequences of its decisions. That’s what needs to happen in the inner realms of the future human, a coming together of the mind and the heart, an evolution into coherence. And of course there is also direct action, the Black Fish is a protest vessel that will be focusing on the Mediterranean Sea over the next year, where fishing regulations are routinely ignored, they will endeavour to expose and challenge these practices.
