Rainbows, Rainbows…And More Rainbows!

RainyDaysI slept well last Friday night but I did wake up a couple of times and each time that I did I could hear the sound that every marketeer dreads, relentless rain drops pelting from the sky! When the alarm went off at 5.30am it was still dark although the dawn was beginning to show and that lovely delicate light was illuminating sheets of water and a grey sky full of clouds. I lay in bed and wondered if it was even worth getting up at all. The thought that all our careful preparation might be for nought felt like a heavy  weight in my belly, ripe with disappointment. But I am nothing if not stubborn, just ask my Beloved and he will definitely confirm that this is a true fact. So we got up and started getting ready anyway and as we did so the day began to improve slowly but surely.

By the time we got to the Crystal Waters Market the world had been washed clean and fresh including the clear blue sky and I was feeling much more positive about our debut. We got a perfect spot next to a beautiful tree and proceeded to set up our stall in the warm sunshine. It’s been a long time since I did anything like this but your body remembers what to do even when the mind can’t recall. And making our stall into a gorgeous display was the easiest thing in the world, simply hanging up the stock so it can be seen does the job as you can see from the photos. My Beloved and I were happy as pigs in the mud as we talked to the people who came by to check us out. There were many reasons for our joy but I realised that spending the day surrounded by all that colour and all the fractals was a big part of how happy I was.

Science has a bit of catching up to do but even in the mainstream it is accepted that being out in Nature is good for your health. There are many factors involved here but the fact that nature is positively bursting with fractals is most likely a key element in the beneficial effects that people experience. So having a stall full of these kinds of shapes will only add to the happy health benefits that are sure to unfold as my Beloved and I navigate this new pathway of ours. I’ve included a link to a brief article that explains what fractals are and why being around them is good for us:

Fractals and Health

And if you just want to sit back and enjoy amazing, colourful patterns then search for fractals on You Tube, hours of healthy viewing to be found with ease. Enjoy the fractal journey!

The Heart Of Man…….Reflects The Universe.

I’m feeling much stronger in myself, staying in my heart and finding that it’s much easier to relax and be myself no matter what comes my way. I seem to be a bit obsessed with the heart, both physical and energetic levels, a natural response I do believe in receiving an email from the HeartFire Gateway every day with different aspects of the heart along the path. And there is a sense of doing it along with all the others who have committed to taking the forty-two day journey. There is a power in mass movements and the internet certainly makes it easier for large groups to focus together, Lyn McTaggart is a great example with her large-scale intention experiments.

To learn more about the power of intention listen to this video of Lynne McTaggart speaking about the large scale-intention experiments that she has been running, she is the author of a number of books, if you have a particular interest in the subject of intention then check out her book, ‘The Intention Experiment’.

Whenever I think about how to bring the power of my intention into the medium I am flowing with, words or sounds, movement or stillness, witnessed…..alone, I come back to the heart. To embed my intention into the sound when I tone I stay in my heart, not actually hard to do when you are doing a joyful thing indeed! Where you will truly feel the benefits of being in the heart is when you respond lovingly in situations where your buttons are being pushed, no matter what is going on. You can be firm with boundaries but remain gentle with yourself when you stay in your heart, if you don’t have time to meditate why not try simply closing your eyes and breathing in and out through your heart.

“In the Heart of Man the whole universe is reflected, and as the whole universe is reflected in it, Man may be called the Heart of the universe.”

Hazrat Inayat Khan

Try two minutes a day of breathing through your heart, you might be surprised at how profound a brief practice can be if you do it for a period of time, we all have two minutes to spare!

Think about the heart of man reflecting the whole universe as you watch this video, let your eyes be gentle, not sharply focused, and receive all the fractals and the juicy frequencies of being in the oneness, connected to all things………enjoy.

The Empty Heart.

Following the stream of consciousness into the complexity of shape and form, physical, emotional and mental, pathways of neurons, atoms as fractals spiral through the fabric of it all. Letting go of the ego mind my quantum vision is a journey without edges or boundaries, it flows in circles that never end, passing through past, future and present tenses. More often than anything else it is moving within my pleasant tense, bringing purple thoughts of a being made of light, bathing the world in the violet flame.

‘Tis a quiet call to action, no more the clarion call that was required to wake the dead, to blast away the rotting waste that hampered my every step, a graveyard perfume that is lost in the fragrance of the blossoming present moment. All is fresh and new, the flowers opening their petals again and again, as if spring reigned eternal, the pulsating energy centres connecting and flowing as I dive into the void. That welcoming emptiness is warm and inviting, the home hearth fire at which I will always be safe, always be known, always be myself.

To know oneself is a journey that spirals in the shape of the eternity symbol, so many ways to travel and yet they all lead back to the same place. My clear calm centre of beingness that never changes, my perception may dress it in a coat of many colours, yet it remains what is, and what has, and will always be. So when you are weary of the bustle and excitement and stimulation of the wide, wide, world, when your imagination is stuffed with the images and shapes of so much variety, come back to the dark womb of creation, that emptiness that contains it all, the field of potential.

Take a deep breath………….. and dive in!

This beautiful song by Miten expresses that emptiness which is so full, please have a listen and let it touch your heart as it does mine.
