Life has been a little bit crazy what with being between two house sits for almost three weeks, ending in the moving haze I referred to in an earlier post and arriving in a house full of Celtic musicians. Then a couple of days at the Enchanted Gathering with lots of magic, frequencies and dancing, freezing cold and fires burning as the Wizard and the Rainbow Man kept crying, “More wood, more wood!”.

So it’s been very busy and quite intense and my Beloved and I have been enjoying the chance to slow down and begin to get to know our new environment which we now have all to ourselves.  I’ve also started reading a new Diana Richardson book, “Slow Sex”, if you’ve read my posts before you might remember me talking about her book “Tantric Orgasm For Women”. I’ve read the introduction and the first chapter and already I’m feeling very inspired, and not just about sex either, the principles she is talking about can be applied to everything that we do.

In fact her inspiration to write the book came from another writer called Marc David who wrote “The Slow Down Diet”, he is a nutritionist and expert on the psychology of eating. He talks about eight qualities that are an integral part of how we are nourished when we eat and it is less about what we eat and more about the way in which we do it. Awareness and relaxation are two of these qualities and you will hear a lot about these in any book on tantric sex worth it’s salt.

passionate embraceWhen you slow down there is an entire world of sights and flavours and smells to savour, and if you can actually relax you offer your body the opportunity to respond to all of this treasure. Most of the time we have ideas about things, whether it be food or sex, that we try to force upon the body. Then when our experience is less than satisfactory we think that there must be something wrong with us, if we can create that ‘perfect’ body somehow it will all made right.

It is so important to nourish ourselves on all levels of our being, bring the sacred into everything that you do and you are well on the way to true fulfillment on a soul level. And remember that life was meant to be fun!

Faeries Fly At The Enchanted Gathering.

magical_fairyAll of the faeries are gathering once again for the Enchantment, from moving haze (see my last post), to laser lights and rainbows of frequencies that carry love and light to all the corners of the planet. Re-reading this post from March last year I feel enormous excitement about this next adventure, wearyness will turn into delight as joy surges through the cells of my moving body. The music starts at 4pm on the saturday and finishes at 4pm on the Sunday, by the time you read this it will be all over. See you all next week, love and tons of blissings to everybody!

There is a part of me that doesn’t want to ever come back from the Enchanted Warehouse, the trick is to work out how to bring it with me! All that focused faery, rainbow magic that carries the seeds for healing all the worlds many times over, we need it in this reality and we need it badly. You can find that magic in many forms in all sorts of odd places in the world these days, the love virus is spreading and the evil ones are losing momentum as more of us WAKE UP!

I can anchor huge energies for the sake of global coherence, through the movement of my bodies, physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. Can I do that for myself as the soul, for a moment, stares into the abyss of abandonment, the cliffs of despair, losing the lift under my wings for the merest moment and then catching an updraft and once again soaring into the great blue. Can I allow the new harmonic to truly unmask me and am I ready to face what lies beneath, will it contain my heart’s deepest desire.

I am lost, and in that losing am I found, over and over again, its relational, its spiritual, it’s the pain and the joy of being alive, it’s the heightening that comes with uncertainty. How wild is my imagination, not wild enough mutters my medicine woman and she takes me by the scruff and rolls me around in her mortar and pestle until at last my armour is all gone. Then we sit she and I and we tone and we growl, and we bring forth a harmonic that hasn’t been felt in this reality for some time, I don’t understand it even yet but I know that it’s incredibly important and I must remember it, it’s sonically imprinted on the bones of my body.

It’s as if the entire fabric of my being is being held taut with a yearning that comes from so deep within there are no words to express it, I don’t actually know what will satisfy this space inside, no idea. Dear Gaia, you know me better than I know myself, hey girlfriend, can you guide me to the best possible place for opening into this new-found wonder, and I’m not talking bras!

Part Two: Enchantment At The Gathering.

Here’s a piece I wrote last year on March 12 after attending a beautiful gathering of sounds and frequencies and bodies moving in a show of laser lights. I’ve dressed it up a bit more, more photos, I’ve come a long way in just over a year. Now it’s time for part two and this time I am journeying with my Beloved, oh what fun!

The Enchantment lasted well into the next day, it was enchanting, enchantfull, enchantress, articulate LOVE through the cells of the BEING. It was a classic kind of Enchantment where you wake up and return to some kind of normality previously agreed upon. It’s a place where dreams come together and we collect them in the Rainbow Pouch.

It was ENCHANTED at the warehouse, it was Rainbow……….at the warehouse……

Dancing in the Enchanted Faery Caverns of the Deeper Realms the theme was purple, bringing the third eye energy into the ZONE, Aquarian pure intention shifts the frequencies, one tone at a time! One tone at a time, in the Enchanted Warehouse.

Tantric Techno Shamans of the Earth gathered at the Sacred Space and set the tone for the human race, they create harmonics that operate on many different levels, clearing out the pathways physical and energetical. The Faeries came and all the Rainbow came, earth, fire, water, and air, we play in the Enchantment, Enchante, life is good. All the Nature Spirits and Devas are welcome in this forest out of time, no-one is endangered here and nothing is ever truly lost. No-one is invited, and no-one came, seems fair enough to me, the pixies reign and Rainbow Man holds the fabric together, quietly. Misted by pain the wizard snaps with sharp teeth…………….. floating, and holding the energy always, anchoring, being the Gathering.

Dancing, trancing, creating a field of love, going on a trip on that beautiful seascape, it was truly Enchanted, feeling lots of gratitude for the time I’ve had out of time.

I Love Me.

Self-love keeps popping up in my world wherever I go, and what I think of as its opposite, self-judgement, that was the theme of my latest holistic counselling session. It was also the major aspect that presented when we toned on the day of the New Moon in Libra, so it must be relating to a larger energy in our environment that is probably affecting many of us, in various ways. And as more focus goes upon self-love, whatever judgements are still there will often be triggered, they may not be comfortable but if they are on the way out then I suggest you wave them goodbye!

My homework from my session is to be kind and tender to me, to Kerry, and to call upon the compassionate cohorts, Michael, Germain, Mary, Aphrodite, and all the ascended masters, and to connect to nature. So I need to immerse myself in the ocean of love within and without and try to enjoy this gorgeous warm weather that we are having here, the gardens are beautiful at the moment, the bush even better. Mother Earth is very kind and she never judges me as I do myself, need to take a leaf out of her book, ha ha…..ha ha……..oh I am silly, in a good way!

Now I am smiling at myself and that brings a rush of soft warm energy into my body, it feels good to consciously love and appreciate self, noticing how niggling little judgements come up like a flight of gnats, letting them go and feeling the heart expand. I’m remembering  the sounds of the holy names and the soft container that was “Sacred Earth” at the festival last saturday, sitting and receiving the vibration, dancing the frequencies, these are all fabulous ways in which to practice loving yourself.

And you do need to practice, we all do to some extent, depending on where you are in your development, hopefully we are always a work in progress. So maybe take the pressure off yourself in some particular area of your life that is having an impact on your stress levels, and give yourself at least a day every week where you totally please yourself, preferably at least a taste of some kind of indulgence.

It works for me!!

Beauty Walks Before Me.

Beauty walks before me, lies within my heart and soul, warms the blood running through veins that pulse with joy and delight, as I gaze upon the paradise that lies all around me. Ripe fruit hanging from the trees leaps into my eagerly awaiting hands, succulent juices running down my chin as I bite into soft flesh, sweet aroma filling my nostrils until I am wont to swoon with ecstasy. The sound of music wafts into my ears as my body begins to sway to the sound, filling my cells with the joy of rapturous frequencies, feeding the force of life as it spirals from the earth up to the sky.

Arms and legs move as the muscles yearn to stretch into shapes of ecstasy, dancing to the pulse that burns within the fiery centre of my heart, opening my soul to the depths of all that is. Desire running through every atom that I am, as I merge into all things, softest silk caressing my skin as I spin myself into eternity and beyond, calling upon Aphrodite to gift me with her sensuality, with her love. Her divinity is mine, is everything upon which I cast my eye and all that I may sense through sparkling tendrils spanning galaxies, my mythic life glowing with potential.

Beauty is in every step that I take, it wells up as I gaze upon my own features, lovingly tracing the lines and shapes of my own glory, loving myself with such tenderness, gentle caring that softly guides me to the space that will serve me best. This inner radiance warms my soul and then radiates out to the world, going wherever it is needed the most, letting go of judgement as the energy of love washes all clean. Sound vibrates my being and carries my strong intention, frequencies shimmer and I melt……………….into even more of WHO I BE………ohm shanti, shanti, shanti……………..peace.

Keep It Clean.

There is a strange feeling in my belly which is a kind of limbo, I’ve shifted from my week in the big smoke back to the country and suddenly I’m filled with uncertainty. Glad to be home for sure and probably needing a bit of integration time but also going through a rather subtle and fundamental shift which is shaking up my inner realms. After all I have now completed another stage of clearing, the boxes containing what I am keeping are not here yet, but none the less, more of me is gathering for the next part of my life story.

A sense of the unknown envelops me and while it does trigger fear, there is also the excitement at what this new chapter may bring to me. Or perhaps I should say, what I may bring to the next phase of this marvelous  and entertaining journey that we call life. As I continue to shed the old I shift the frequencies of my being and therefore my energetic signature is changing, this in turn changes what is drawn to me, my intention makes sure that this is a positive change!

As I reflect upon the inner shifts I am getting a sense that it is necessary to do some meditation that specifically focuses on raising my vibration. This may well be to clear energies that I picked up while I was in Sydney, but it is also something I need to get in the habit of doing more often. Energetic clearing is just as important as keeping your physical home in good shape and I can be a bit lackadaisical at times when it comes to housekeeping. I particularly like a short meditation from Adama of Telos called “Daily Activation of Light”, can’t seem to get the file from my computer to this post so I will give you the link to the web site, you have to sign up to have it sent to you.

The other important ingredient in my recovery? REST!!!! It’s a busy week but I will do my best to recharge the batteries, looking forward to yoga on wednesday!

I Am Whole, Ohm Shanti…..

I’m getting stronger and stronger as I continue to integrate the intense learnings that have dominated my year so far, with each shift more of me is available to life, the universe, and everything! And this is just as well because I’m sure that things will be moving more and more quickly as the vibration of the earth itself is moving into new frequencies. I am going to clear clutter so I can move cleanly into this new life that is unfolding in each moment on my wonder filled journey into a Golden New Age, the journey into the fullness of us all!

I find myself issuing challenges to life and aspects of me that fill me with excitement rather than fear, always a lesson to be learned and always a light at the end of the tunnel. The challenge of organising posts for while I am away south, is showing me how I can see the pieces as part of a tapestry and be a bit ahead of myself as a matter of course. So I am seeing the larger pattern that is my account in through the vortex, fun to get the posts in just the right order for maximum impact!

Writing these short pieces certainly is a format that one refines as one goes, each one is carefully crafted till it is just right, or good enough in some cases, yet there is always someone who loves it. When you are creating something new, there is this kind of zing you get when it’s exactly right, the rhythms of poetic flow, visuals and video, quotes………….the whole picture.

Sexy Scorpio Does Flamenco.

From the shadow into the light! Dancing in the connections of loving frequencies I move on my own feet, in my own power, gliding across the ocean of love………… Life is a dance, between microcosm and macrocosm, atoms whirling through enormous space, nothing much is solid actually. What you can really rely on, is trust, trust and the path of the heart, the space of non judgement, the pathway of quiet fullness. Showing off allowed if it comes from the heart and gets my being singing with joy, particularly when flamenco dancing!

I am loving my flamenco classes more and more, so glad I gave it a go, almost didn’t, great teacher helps. As you can probably tell from my choice of pictures, I particularly like the flamenco shoes, bought my first pair, Salvios, on eBay, Goddess I love those shoes. The heels take a little getting used to, but its all worth it as you start to be able to let go of the technique, and begin to really enjoy the dance. Flamenco is all about attitude and showing off, but to get to a stage of being able to actually do a performance, you need to develop a set of skills that are well and truly worth showing off.

It’s good for my shoulders, a vulnerable place for me since my initiation in the Blue Mountains in 2008, if you would like to read that story check out four posts beginning with “The Birth Canal” on March 8 2013 and ending with “The Healing” on March 11 2013. All that fabulous shoulder movement in flamenco, almost seemed like a strain at first, but the more I do the stronger they get, that and the push ups I do most days. It’s also a wonderful arena to explore the realms of confidence and high self-esteem, and to channel sexual energy, mmmmmmm the dance moves do feel sexy………..

They say if you have Scorpio in your chart you think about sex a lot, my Scorpio moon is obviously letting loose with its influence, its having its way with my body and soul, a double helping please!

Embodied Bliss!

I don’t go to the movies that much, but today I saw a film that was soooooo inspiring! If you don’t like opera then it might not be your cup of tea, but for me it lifted me into higher realms of fullness and joy. I am now enjoying a cup of peppermint tea and listening to a cd from mum’s opera collection and the emotion that is in those amazing voices is taking me to that place all over again.

Music has the potential to shift our frequencies into all kinds of different places, and if you know how to listen with your whole body it can really have a profound and positive effect on how you are feeling. In a retreat based on the work of Jean Houston and Robert Masters, I did a trance journey where we dropped into a very deep state of consciousness and then listened to different types of music,  we were then encouraged to listen with every part of our being. Focusing on listening with your skin is especially delicious, there is so much of it to receive the vibrations!

The same idea can be taken into the world of dance, something that I think I have touched on before. Bringing a fuller body awareness into the movement can take you into deep places as you move from your bones, your organs, or indeed your skin. If this intrigues you then check out the work of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen who developed mind-body centering, an embodied approach to movement.

I love the word embodied, for me it conjures up an exquisite sense of connection with every part of your being, body, mind and spirit. And when you come into that kind of full embodiment it sharpens your senses, so that you perceive the world around you in a much more vivid fashion, you see the beauty and the soul of a tree, feel its energy and feel how that connects with your energy field.

On this occasion it was a film that did the trick, if you are interested it is called “Quartet”, the directorial debut of Dustin Hoffman, amazing performances from a stellar cast, Tom Courtenay deserves an Oscar! There are so many ways to find bliss in a body, mmmmmmmm………. what a yummy journey this is on a beautiful planet called Gaia.

Sonic Prayers For A New Age.

I tried to have a sound circle in january but the storms, inner and outer, sent me in a different direction, if you want to check out those stories look at the posts after the weekend of the 26th and 27th of january. It’s been an intense time energetically speaking, if you are ready to shed layers of your stuff this is the time to be doing it, the cosmos will be there with its big sparkly broom!

So the first toning circle for the year ended up being on World Sound Healing Day which happens every Valentines Day, 2013 was the eleventh time it’s been held around the globe. There were seven of us in a cosy circle and it was a very gentle energy, I took another class in surrender as a matter of fact. I took everyone on a journey into the earth and invited them to allow themselves to be drawn to a particular part of the globe and spend time in the energy of that place. I asked them to find a sound that embodied that place and we channelled those sounds for our first merging of frequencies.

It was very beautiful and soft but I felt as the facilitator that I could maybe liven things up a bit, not that there was anything wrong with what was happening, but I sensed some restraint in a very subtle fashion and thought maybe I needed to do something about it. When will I learn! Set the space and let the group energy and flow show me the direction, my attempts to make things more lively were not jarring, but in the end I did what I always do, I surrendered and let my heart lead the way.

My heart knew when it was time to move into the ahhhhh sound, our sonic valentine to Mother Earth, and the timing was divine and what happened in our ceremonial space was exquisite. One of the participants had a big release that was incredibly powerful, I realised upon reflection later, that what I was sensing as restraint was probably the BIG stuff that was ready to move in her. She gave us a song to complete our circle and it felt like such a celebration, warm fuzzies all round in the form of wide open hearts!

I run my circles because it is part of my spiritual task on the planet, an important aspect of what I agreed to do before I incarnated. The more that conscious people gather to open their hearts and connect to the larger reality, sending the frequencies of love through the field of life, the more chance that humanity will transform rather than be extinguished.

Personally I’m in favour of the path of the heart, the one that leads to transformation, what choices are you currently making in your life? Are you in favour of extinction or the new golden age?
